A Giant Dog Shares a New Video From Their New LP – Pre-order ‘Toy’ Now

A Giant Dog has released an official video for “Bendover,” the first video for new material taken from their upcoming LP ‘Toy’, and it’s a bit of a monster.

You’ve got the band at night with the band performing at a high altitude amid the bright, shimmering lights from the proximal skyscrapers in the huge city as their backdrop. The primal energy that “Bendover” exudes is well-channelled through the band in commanding performance clips brought to life with vivid pyrotechnics, leather-clad dancers and a big dose of the innate synergy that exists in the band, especially that between singer Sabrina Ellis and singer/guitarist Andrew Cashen. Ed Dougherty shot a great, fast paced video that keeps up the song’s own energy.

Andrew Cashen comments on the shoot with director Ed Dougherty:
“From the band’s point of view, the only thing I ever ask of a director is please make us look cool. Trust me, we are not cool people, but it is our job to convince people otherwise. After seeing what Ed accomplished with this video, I am fully confident that he has pulled down the curtain and concealed the dorky wizard behind it.”

A Giant Dog recently shared “Photograph,” the first single from ‘Toy’. It’s one to easily stay in the brain’s memory for days after hearing it. You can hear that below if you haven’t already.
